What if the caller’s limit has ended to register the license plate
Let the caller know that as your limit is over to register the license plate please contact the property manager. Sorry, we can’t help you to register the license once the limit is over.
What if the license plate black listed?

If someone want to reserve parking in advance what to do ?
Just let the caller know that we don’t have information on reserving a spot. We can help you with visitor licence plate registration. Please contact the property manager.
We have received a text saying “Hello! I am the janitor, my plate is. CDW 6515. Location 94” then we called back asking for unit number. but they didn’t had any unit number. Instead visitor informed that “they have arrived for cleaning services for the whole building.

Do we have to call back on Missed calls?

If Janitorial or contractors or health care workers or someone is there to view the unit to rent then they can register the license plate. Just enter unit # 100.
Once the limit is over, make them aware that the limit is over and they need to contact the property manager.
This applies for everyone that if the limit is over, let them know that it is over and they need to contact the property manager.
If anyone wants to register for a consecutive 2 to 3 days ,
Let them know we can’t register them for longer than the limit example limit is 24 hrs . They have to call back before the prior permit expires to extend the time.
To extend the limit, you just need to register them as you do other new registrations as there is no option to extend the time.
